Q: Where is Thrasher, Dinsmore & Dolan located?
We have two locations. Our main office is located at 100 7th Avenue, Suite 150 Chardon, Ohio. To access our Chardon office, enter the ground floor of the Eltech Building and you will find the entrance to our firm across from the elevators. Parking at our Chardon office is free. Our Cleveland office is in the Warehouse District at 1400 W.6th Street, Suite 400. Call ahead of time to access our Cleveland office. For parking at our Cleveland office, there are metered street spaces or attended lots.
Q: When may I speak with someone at Thrasher, Dinsmore & Dolan?
Except holidays, someone on our staff is always available to assist you Monday through Friday, from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Also, our attorneys are available to meet or discuss whatever matters with you at any time upon sufficient prior notice.
Q: Is it too late to consult an attorney about something that occurred years ago?
Sometimes, a “statute of limitations” may apply. A statute of limitations is a time limit that the law puts on your claim. The law puts different time limits on different claims. These time limits can be from months to decades. You should consult an attorney as soon as you discover or believe that you have a claim. Q: What if I need representation for matters outside of Ohio?
Several of our attorneys are licensed to practice law outside of Ohio. Even if you need representation in states where we are not licensed, there are ways that we can still represent you which the law allows. Also, we can assist you in finding top-quality representation if it turns out that we cannot represent you in an out-of-state matter.

Q: What will my representation cost?
The cost of your representation is the factor that can vary the most. In contingency fee cases, your representation will be fee free unless we win your case, but you are always required to pay the out-of-pocket expenses. These cases sometimes involve a personal injury or product liability claim. Other times, after hearing what your representation may involve, we will provide an hourly rate charge if it is not a contingency fee case. Of course, the cost of your case may be unpredictable or larger if your claim is complex.
