She is an active Arbitrator and Mediator for the employment and commercial panels of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and is a member of the AAA ‘s Master Mediation Panel. Peggy also serves on the panels for Resolute System Inc. and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and retains active membership in the American Bar Association, ADR section. She is also a member and former Chair of the ADR section of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, has extensive ADR training, and is a sought-after and frequent speaker on ADR topics for the AAA, ABA and CMBA.

Thrasher, Dinsmore & Dolan, provides mediation and arbitration services as an alternative to traditional litigation for attorneys, businesses, and governmental entities at the pre-trial, post-trial, and appellate stages of a claim. ADR affords each side a private, cost-effective, and fair avenue to resolve disputes. Our attorneys have been involved in successfully mediating or arbitrating ADR cases across nearly all practice areas; when a dispute needs to be resolved quickly and/or to preserve an ongoing business relationship, our team can develop an ADR strategy that is a smart, cost effective and fair option for resolving disputes.
