Kelly A. Slattery
Principal
Slattery joined the firm in 2004 and became a Principal in 2011. She handles a variety of issues for business clients, including general corporate transactional matters, mergers, acquisitions and sales. She assists with equity financing and commercial lending. She also counsels clients concerning business formation and organization. Slattery assists individuals in the development and implementation of estate plans and tax planning strategies. She also provides comprehensive probate and trust administration.
