Trey Quillin

Associate


Trey Quillin joined our firm in November 2024 as an associate attorney, bringing a fresh perspective on key legal issues such as artificial intelligence and data privacy. 

Trey began his professional career in corporate finance before transitioning to the nonprofit sector, where he served as interim executive director of Handshake America, an organization dedicated to empowering high school student-athletes. He also gained valuable experience through his roles at the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office in the General Felonies Division and as a law clerk at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. 

During his time at Case Western Reserve University School of Law, Trey served as Associate Editor of the Journal of International Law and was also named an Honors Fellow in Legislation & Regulation. Additionally, he co-authored a published paper on collegiate athletes’ control over personal data in college athletics. During law school, the Supreme Court of Ohio recognized Trey for completing more than 150 hours of pro bono work for underserved Ohioans. Trey also worked as a clerk in Case Western’s First Amendment Clinic. 

Trey is a native of Columbus, Ohio and currently resides in Cleveland, where he enjoys running, reading, and language learning.
