James P. Vitale

Vitale, a Hudson resident, joined the firm in 2007. He handles a variety of real estate and business-related matters, including real estate development, business formation and organization, residential subdivision development, commercial leasing, bank financing and property tax appeals. He represents homeowner and condominium associations on various issues including corporate compliance and collections. Vitale also serves as outside general counsel for one of the largest concrete contracting companies in Ohio, handling a broad range of matters including corporate compliance, liens, civil litigation, bonding succession planning, bank financing, and business collections.
